WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

All prices are displayed in AUD, however you can view prices in USD, NZ, GBP or Euro. At the checkout you will be charged in AUD.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Afterpay, Layby.

CAN YOU SHIP TO ME?

We offer global shipping with the option of standard or express shipping. Packages are sent from our H/0 in sunny Australia.

Shipping is free of charge for $100 and over when shipping within Australia and free of charge for $200 and over when shipping to all other countries

CAN I RETURN?

Lune Resort will accept returns on all full priced purchases provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our policy requirements.

All returns need to be sent to our returns centre located in Sydney, Australia.

Do you accept returns on SAMPLE SALE garments?

*Garments purchased under the Online Sample Sale have been reduced as they are a sample. Some garments may have a a slight production fault or mark. All garments have been checked and are in a 100% wearable condition. All Online Sample Sale products are final and cannot be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange.*

Items purchased under a Promotion, Flash Sale or Discount Offer is classified as a general sale item.

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

Pre orders state an estimate dispatch date – we will do our best to meet this timeframe as quick as possible. We apologise if there is any delay – our team works very hard to ensure garments arrive on or before this date. We would rather take the time to make a garment for you and deliver the best quality possible.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT BEST?

Our size charts on each product page can assist you. If you are still unsure contact us here  and we will get you sorted.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

We do our utmost to ensure that every credit card transaction is secure. We use a Rapid SSL CA SSL certificate for extra security. This is a high-grade Encryption key (Camellia-256, 256 bit encryption key) that ensures your payment and personal info remains secure during your payment. Your credit card info cannot be accessed by any third parties.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed.

Lune Resort will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

A customer is required to request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be in the original and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned before the refund or exchange is made.

NOTE: During promotional periods, items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. This is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual promotion. 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to Lune Resort for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange to send the new item out to you.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

If you have met the above requirements, please email us at takemeto@luneresort.com with your request.

Let us know what you would like to return and if you would prefer an exchange, credit note or refund. We will provide you with an RA number.

Return your item using a traceable service within 7 days of receiving your RA number. We are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM(S)?

All items need to be received into our returns centre in Sydney, Australia. We will provide you with the full details once your return has been authorised.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has shipped your exchange so you know it is on the way.  

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We accept returns on full priced International orders within 7 days of delivery for a credit note only. We do not offer a refund or exchange on international orders. The item(s) must be in the original and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned before the credit note is issued. 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to Lune Resort for a credit note are not covered or reimbursed by us.
